Our Manhattan brownstone is located on West 123rd St. between Lenox Avenue and 7th Ave. (or Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd.) in the Mount Morris Historic District of Harlem. This residential block is very close to all transportation: two minute walk to 125th St. 2&3 subway line; a 5 minute walk to the A,B,C,D subway lines. Buses are on the corner. Times Square is a 15 minute ride away. Our historic neighborhood thrives with fine dining, music, theatres, shopping, parks, museums, historic sites and is just a ten minute walk to Central Park and Columbia University. CUNY is a 15 min. walk or or a 10 min. bus ride. Our first floor garden apartment has a private entrance and is newly renovated with two separate bedrooms: one has a queen size bed and the other a double bed. The bedrooms face the garden and are very quiet and peaceful. The living room (salon) has a double sleeper couch.
