For the third year in a row, Sabbatical Homes is making it possible for us to take a full semester abroad in places we have always wanted to go. Each time we’ve listed, we’ve gotten a solid handful of inquiries and ended up making arrangements with great academic couples and their families enjoying (and taking great care of) our home. I can’t think of another way we could have done this: the popular platforms for short term rentals don’t reach the right audiences and our own campus’s housing services site has produced precisely zero inquiries. In addition to great success with our own renters, we found a fabulous professor’s apartment on Sabbatical Homes for one of our stays abroad! Much appreciated in every way.
