?Our tenants are academics (both, husband and wife) and so far wonderful tenants appreciating our efforts and expenses put into the house. We are in fact currently finalizing the lease with another family also both academics for 2017/18. Again so far very responsible and appreciative people. On top, the approx 9mth lease terms allow us to use the house in between. So all in all, SabbaticalHomes has been perfect for our needs. I left my faculty position years back to join industry but still feel a natural connection with academics as tenants.
