A family house in a quiet Oxford neighbourhood

We are looking to swap houses between Oxford and Paris. We will be on sabbatical leave and plan to be away from Oxford for ca 3 months April-June 2025, possibly also into the summer July-August 2025. We are a family of 5: we have three daughters who will then be 9, 13 and 15. It would be good if your house in Paris was in catchment of good schools as our girls will go to school there for 3 months we hope. Otherwise we are reasonably flexible with where in Paris you are. Our house in Oxford is in Waterways, Summertown, which is a quiet yet very popular and family friendly part of Oxford, known for excellent schools. It's a spacious 4 bedroom house, with an open plan kitchen+dining area, a sitting room and a playroom. The house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac street with virtually no traffic, extremely safe for children’s outdoor play and no vis-a-vis. Summertown high street with its shops, cafes and restaurants is 10min walk, beautiful Oxford canal is 2min away and Port Meadow by river Thames, very popular with walkers and joggers, is 10 mins away. Historical centre with Oxford Colleges is 10min by bike and we are within easy reach (walk, cycle, taxi) of two Oxford train stations for trains to London (1hr journey). Oxford is a wonderful place to live with a real community feel, excellent schools and an animated cultural scene. The house is fully furnished. We also have 2 adult and 3 children bicycles which you are welcome to use. The swap could also include the use of our car – a large 7 seater (Seat Alhambra Lux). The swap would include the use of our trusted cleaners. The house has a maintenance contract so if and whenever anything breaks down it takes a simple phone call to get it fixed.
