Wireless internet access, large desk, bookshelves, flat-screened TV with Roku, queen bed. Newish central air conditioning and heat. Remodeled bathroom. All new floors (no carpeting). All sheets, towels, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen appliances, dishes and utensils furnished. Lots of closet space and pantry. Near Grant/Country Club on quiet cul-de-sac. Minutes bike or drive to University of Arizona, Banner-University Medical Center, Tucson Medical Center. $1500/mo includes all utilities but negotiable depending on length of contract and season. Deposit $1000. No smoking in house. No pets, but good watch dog on property separated by fence.
