Almost every house in the area represents the early 1900's. You are within walking distance to downtown (20 minutes) and there is a constant flow of buses on the street nearby which will take you everywhere in Victoria. The Space - This 100 year old house is surrounded by unique plants and flowers. You will have your own private patio where you can enjoy the heat of the day and the sunset! You will find a fully stocked kitchen (*please note that there is no stove, but a "state of the art" very efficient cooking plate), washer and dryer, dishwasher, elegant decor and ambiance, wifi, and ample parking. There is an electric fireplace and bbq on the deck for your added comfort. A short stroll and you will find yourself in Beacon Hill Park. Sitting benches, flowers, ducks, peacocks and even a petting zoo. As the Manager of Chapman Residences, I will be here to greet and assist you in any way I can.
