Hello- I have a one-bedroom (with private bathroom) available for short term sublets in the beautiful neighborhood of Elmwood in Berkeley, California. Full access to the entire home. Fully furnished – turnkey ready. One block to College Avenue where there are many excellent restaurants, cafes and shops. 1 mile to UC Berkeley campus. Walk to BART (metro)-4 stops to San Francisco. Off-street parking available and easy. Flexible dates-please let me know what you are looking for. My home is a two bedroom-2 bath apartment within a 100+ year old historic house (three units in building). I am a mature woman who works on campus and my husband is traveling for most of the semester. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, safe-truly the ideal area in Berkeley to stay.
