Gorgeous Echo Park home - flexible exchanges 2w-2m - includes catsitting

Beautiful 3 BR home, furnished, in the hills of Echo Park. I am seeking someone who will take care of cats and be a reliable home caretaker.  I am looking for trustworthy person doing a short-term (up to a few months at a time) stay in a lovely fully equipped home in great shape, but it's a situation where I don't plan to clean out all the drawers and closets etc. Home has a large patio with a bbq and a garden with small grassy area. Inside there is a large, modern, incredibly well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and tons of counterspace/bar stools/ open dining room/office space (there are two desk/work stations set up) and lovely living room. House has two bathrooms, including one with mable flooring and a jacuzzi bath. Bedrooms setup: enormous master bedroom on second floor with balcony and view of dowtown LA. Downstairs there's the guest room with queen bed and a den with two futons plus a fold up mattress and very large TV. This is on a quiet street in the hills in an extremely desirable neighborhood that's close to downtown LA and 2 Freeway as well as Elysian Park/Dodger Stadium and neighborhood cafes etc. I don't have exact dates but am open especially to housing swaps with NYC (preferably lower manhattan or brooklyn but open to other neighborhoods) and various times. I am myself a reliable home caretaker, happy to take care of pets or other household needs - I have done extremely successful exchanges via this site in the past. (I'm also possibly for right situation open to just having you do pet sitting without the use of your apartment in exchange).
