Description
Stylish one bedroom filled with vintage touches. This split level apartment also comes with private enclosed front yard — perfect for having a morning coffee or entertaining a small group of friends. The bedroom has a beautiful lofted wooden ceiling and huge picture windows that overlook a quiet and leafy residential street. There’s also a large desk in the bedroom that makes for a great place to work from home. Amenities include laundry in unit, wifi, printer, AC, and Apple TV with Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Prime Video etc. About me: I am a PhD student at the University of Southern California, where I study art history. I'm looking to get to NY to see some shows and reconnect with friends (I lived in Williamsburg for 5 years before moving to LA in 2021). Ideally, I'm looking for somewhere to stay for a few weeks between June-August. I'll be traveling with my 5lb dog (house-trained and hypoallergenic) and am ideally looking for a place that I can bring him, but can arrange for dog sitting if necessary.
