Description
Hello, 2 bedroom and 2 bath are what we are offering for trade or rent. Tenants will always have private entrance, private outdoor space Included in rent, high speed WIFI, water, lawn maintenance, furnishings just bring your suitcase and bedding. The house is in a great location and your close to the Ocean. Very close to the French Immersion elementary school. Easy commute to all local schools, 12-19 minutes. Hardwood and tile floors, fully outfitted kitchen, fully furnished. Dishwasher, fr/st, micro, w/d, keyless entry. We maintain the yard but if you want to do some container gardening we can supply you with some containers. The back yard has large trees and is a good place to view/listen to birds. Landlord has private separate space on the property, see map. Landlord may or may not be in residence during your stay. Minimum rental is for 6 months. Ideally we would like to have tenants for the 24/25 school year - 8 months. We also will be offering the same deal for the 25/26 school year. If we find tenants that are looking for both years we could discuss a full rental period to the end of school year 2026. Questions?

Comments: Close to elementary French immersion school. Quiet family orientated area close to Downtown and the Inner Harbour. West Bay Walkway is a fabulous walk not to be missed. House is clean, cosy, quiet, has great outdoor space and close to amenities

Comments: The Best Little House in West Bay !! 12-19 minutes driving to all universities and local colleges. Excellent wifi included, tenants pay electric $ over set monthly amount allowed (energy hogs pay for overage not us). Yard maintained by owner/agent.
