Highlights included treetop views of the bay, an enclosed garden, and an easy walk to beautiful Arlington Park. Perfect place for visiting family, or for a respite from renovating your own place. An entrance gate leads down from the driveway to the enclosed garden and yard, which provide access to the home. Amenities for outside living include dining table and umbrella, heater, grill, and foosball table. The house itself has two sets of sliding glass doors that open onto the garden. The house’s main level contains kitchen (with breakfast nook), dining room, and living room, all with spectacular views. Also on the main level are the large master bedroom, large master bath, a children’s room (with loft bed), an office, and a second bath (shower only). A second downstairs level, with sliding doors opening out onto a second garden area, includes an office (with treadmill), a den area (with pull-out sofa), and a third bath (shower only). Washer and drier in house. If needed, we are happy to convert the upstairs office to a second children’s bedroom. Please note that we will need you to take care of our tabby, Cinnamon. He is very friendly and needs no special care. Use of an electric bicycle (for an easy commute to Berkeley) is negotiable. Also negotiable is use of car, for extra fee. We are a short walk away from Arlington Park, with its playground, tennis courts, and duck pond. Madera Elementary School is also walkable, as is Kensington center, with shopping and two restaurants. Trailhead access to Wildcat Canyon and Tilden Regional Parks is close.
