Two-bedroom, two bath house is located on quiet cul-de-sac that's a 10-minute walk to Midtown shopping center and a 20-minute walk to California Avenue shopping center with its Caltrain station, free bus to Stanford campus, and Sunday farmers' market. House is 1640 sq. ft. Flooring is hardwood, stone tiles (bathrooms), and Saltillo tiles (kitchen & dining room). Living room, large dining room, and kitchen are visually connected with arches above half-wall counters and with lots of storage below. W/D are conveniently located in kitchen. French doors open from the dining room to the back patio, and from the master bedroom to the back yard. Hall bathroom has lots of storage space and a shower. Front bedroom has a built-in window seat/twin bed and another twin trundle bed, as well as pocket doors that can open to the living room or be closed for privacy. For guests, the window seat can be opened to make a California King bed. Master bath has whirlpool tub and a steam shower. Raised vegetable beds are in front yard and orchard in back. Parking is in driveway and on street; Owner lives in cottage in back and can be there to help with any questions. I'm a former high school Spanish teacher and love having families with small children.
