Our two bedroom apartment is great for anyone who temporarily needs a furnished space. It is located on a quiet residential street within walking distance of Grand and Lakeshore Avenues, with lots of fun shops and restaurants, and Lake Merritt (great for a run!). Safeway and Trader Joe's are within walking distance and there is a great farmer's market on Saturdays. There is a BART stop within biking distance (or walking if you don't mind a good stroll) and plenty of convenient buses that head to UC Berkeley campus. You can also bike to Berkeley. Two bedrooms: one main, front bedroom with king-size bed; the second bedroom has a queen sized bed and a baby crib ready to go. Big living room with bay window (and great view!) Dining/breakfast area adjacent to kitchen One bathroom Big backyard accessible to all residents All utilities included, plus wifi. No cable but we have a Roku--you enter your Netflix details and you're good to go. Washer and dryer in the building and laundromat within walking distance.
