Depending on fitness levels it is 30-40 minute walk through the city and through the botanical gardens alongside the Brisbane River to Southbank, Griffith Conservatorium of Music, Griffith University Southbank campus and an easy bus ride to Nathan campus. University of Queensland is a bus or a ferry ride away. Royal Brisbane & Women's Hospital is within walking distance through Victoria park. This is superbly central accommodation available for short or long term rental. Close to inner city restaurants and cafes, theatres and art galleries.

Comments: The house has 2 separate living areas. My husband and I live in the upstairs area of our home while the entire downstairs is for the use of guests. Both areas have separate entrances and exits and are fully self contained.
