Come live in a 19th Century Mill in a beautiful loft with 15 foot windows looking out on the Lamprey River in bustling Newmarket, NH. This unit rents for a minimum of 3 months, prefer longer. (Sorry, condo rules.) Sleeps three. One queen and one full bed. Air Mattress. Newmarket is extremely walkable. Lots of restaurants. Everyone's welcome, including well behaved pooches. You can kayak on the river to the Great Bay, go to the beach in Rye. Portsmouth and Kittery Me shopping are 20 minutes away. Boston is 1.25 hours south, the Lakes Region is an hour north.
