The house comprises a sitting area, dining room, large kitchen, playroom, basement with office/guest room, room with ping pong table, laundry room and additional bathroom. Second floor has 4 bedrooms (one double with ensuite, 3 singles, one with a loft bed) and a bathroom. There's also a large garden and patio. Within walking distance there are supermarkets, cafes, playgrounds and shops and excellent public schools (the Driscoll School and Runkle school and Brookline High School are the schools in the catchment area for the house). Go for a run around chestnut hill reservoir or take the T into downtown Boston in 20 mins.

Comments: The house has quick access to downtown Boston and Longwood medical area on the public transport system, and there are also good cycle paths for people who would like to cycle to work
