Queen bed in bedroom, king-sized roll-out sofa in the office can sleep visiting guests. Open floor plan for living, dining, and kitchen. Pleasant porch. Small yard with shed. Solar power. Very clean and bright. $2700/month + $500 refundable security deposit ($250 deposit for shorter term rental) Utilities included Note: no TV or cable service. No microwave. More pictures available.
