Quiet two-rooms flat, (one used, the other free)!

Description

I'd like to rent one room and the exlusive use of kitchen and bathroom in the flat where I use the second room as a working and practising room: I'm a (classical) musician, need to play the piano regulary for practising and teaching. I teach 3 days a week in the city, need to use the practising room the other days, also for preparing publication (computer silent working activity!!!). I travel a lot in Europe for my job. The room I don't use is very quiet (not on the street side) and bright, on the fourth floor of the house. The flat has new furnitures and will be free from the 1st of september 2020 for one year or more. It's very near from two underground stations, and a lot of trams and bus stations. The center (first district) of Vienna is also very near (12 minutes on foot). The room is furnished (table, chairs, bed and bed frame, armchair and sofa, wardrobe, bookshelf)
