It is ten minutes from Greenwich Village and twenty minutes from Times Square. Basically, it's convenient for all of New York City to be at your feet. The apartment overlooks a (relatively) quiet courtyard and is decorated in a combination of furniture styles that gives one a feeling of coziness and comfort.
