I will be renting out my condo apartment in Fort Greene, Brooklyn, New York, It is a one-bedroom apartment with excellent light on the sixth floor of an elevator building. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and there is a second queen-sized sofa-bed in the living room. It has ample space for a couple plus occasional guest(s). It has a full kitchen, shower, bath, cable TV, Wi-Fi, washer/drier, air conditioning, and part-time superintendent/virtual doorman. There is a 24-hour parking garage on the street, but this is not included in the rent. It is under a five-minute walk to all manner of subway and rail transportation: 2, 3, 4, 5, N, R, W, B, D, Q, G, C, A, and Long Island Railroad trains at Atlantic Terminal. BAM (Brooklyn Academy of Music) is two minutes from the apartment as is the Apple Store, Whole Foods, Trader Joe, Green Light Bookstore and many excellent restaurants. Cost: $900 per week (7 days), with $500 deposit for damages/utilities/cleaning fee ($85 per stay) and in case of repairs. I am open to rentals as short as four weeks or as long as the entire period.
