This beautiful and newly renovated brick house in Park Slope is one block from Prospect Park, two blocks from the subway, and surrounded by restaurants and shops. Our two main floors have 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an office, living room, dining room, and kitchen; downstairs there is also a basement with washer, dryer, and a 3rd bathroom, plus a beautiful back garden. The ground floor is a separate flat occupied by tenants. We are looking for someone responsible to water plants, look after garden, collect mail, and check in about any developments, in exchange for below-market rent.
