There is a bicycle / jogging path next to the property which winds for miles thru beautiful neighborhoods. My sister Anna a nurse lives next door and is quick to respond to your personal needs. Walk or bike to The University of California. Shop at the local Monterey Market, Magnani Meat, Monterey Fish, Country Cheese, Roma Cafe, Pizza stores.
