Tenants are expected to do light housekeeping (regular vacuuming and dusting) and to keep the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry equipment clean. We will provide a professional (bonded and insured) cleaning service, once a month, to do a deep cleaning including the kitchen and bathrooms. The condo is currently rented until December 31st, 2020 - with the possibility of a short extension into January and/or February as circumstances dictate. We will know more closer to the end of the year. We do need to do a few minor repairs - paint touch ups, etc. - prior to renting again. For this reason we are setting the occupancy date at March 15th, 2021… but it is possible that it could be available earlier.
