Downtown Middleton - Near the UW Madison campus

We moved from Sydney to Madison in January 2022. We were most fortunate to rent Grant's house. Knowing that our transition to the US would be difficult, he informed the neighbours who welcomed us, and he provided a ton of good advice and support. His house is amazing and the pictures posted on the web site do not reflect the homeliness that we experienced. The kitchen is well equipped, the dining area is pleasant and full of light, and the basement is a fun hideaway for the kids. Grant always responded to any minor issues and he provided an operating manual to just about everything. We were there for 6 months; our children liked it so much that we asked him if was interested in selling. Alas but great for the next tenants.

I rented this home for 6 months. Backyard is beautiful in all seasons. Yard work & snow removal was provided. Having 2 desks and office supplies/equipment in the sub-loft was great, along with extra space for exercise and/or art making. The home’s artwork is spectacular. Loved the grand piano. The kitchen has every imaginable appliance. It was so easy to move in and start enjoying the community right away. Walking to the grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants, & walking/biking trails nearby made this a very convenient location. The neighborhood is well established and adjacent neighbors were very friendly. This is a very comfortable and fun home. I highly recommend it! The homeowner was very responsive and easy to work with.
