We're away from March 1. 2024 to May 31, 2024 (though the end date is flexible) and are looking to rent our gorgeous, sunny, fully-furnished, historic bungalow in the heart of Providence's College Hill for that period. The house was built in 1827 and has been renovated with modern details. It has modern appliances, a beehive oven, and a light filled kitchen, living, and dining room, in addition to the 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor--one master with a queen bed and a small room with a twin bed. The main bathroom, (with a shower jacuzzi) is upstairs, and there is a half bath downstairs. The deck offers views of downtown and the Capitol. We are an 8 minute walk to the center of Brown Campus and 8 minute walk downtown and/or to the train (it is very conveniently located if you think you might be making trips in and out of Providence).
