The 2.75 m (9') ceilings give it an airy and spacious feel, and comes fully equipped and a card table “desk and chair” is available upon request. This is a legally registered duplex apartment, with CO2 and fire and smoke detectors, and meticulously sanitized to COVID-19 protocols prior to your arrival. The heating is in-floor heating with a HRV system for continuous fresh air intake and built to current fire and safety codes. The street is few steps to Christie Subway, and an easy walk to fruit markets, grocery stores, LCBO (liquor store), restaurants and cafes etc. with unlimited options for take-out or food delivery options.
