The flat benefits from incredible views of London and has a private roof terrace and separate large balcony. Located on the 8th floor of a new build in an up and coming area of trendy and vibrant East London, close to some nice pubs and cafes. The flat is in walking distance of Queen Mary University of London and Mile End Underground (metro) station and Devon's Road Light Railway. It's great for cycling, really close to a canal for lovely walks and a 10 minute cycle to Victoria Park and Canary Wharf (a hub of business with a shopping mall/centre). It is a short bus ride, cycle or slightly longer (30 min) walk away from the University of East London and University of the Arts London in Stratford. With excellent transportation links nearby (Underground, buses and trains) it is accessible to all London universities in 30 minutes to 1 hour (max). Bills to be discussed - Water, Gas, Electricity, Council Tax, TV License and WiFi (fibre optic) Bedroom 1 - Large double - This is a large bedroom with en-suite with a door leading directly out to the terrace. The room benefits from lots of natural daylight and has a built-in wardrobe. Bedroom 1 - En-suite - There is an ensuite with shower, toilet and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2 - Double room - The room leads directly out to the balcony and has floor to ceiling windows and views to the Olympic Park. There is a double bed and chest of drawers in the room. Bathroom - There is a family bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and heated towel rail. Kitchen - There is a separate kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, built in microwave and oven and plenty of cupboard space. The kitchen has a wonderful view of the Shard. Living Room - There is a large living room with floor to ceiling windows, room for a sofa as well as a dining table and chairs. Outdoor Space - A private roof garden AND balcony make this flat unique Storage cupboard - The flat has a separate storage cupboard. Windows - All windows are double glazed meaning outdoor sound is minimised making it ideal for working. Furnishing - The property is furnished. It would comfortably accommodate 4 adults (if you are happy to share the double bed) Amenities - There is a bike storage in the building and access to a communal garden on the 3rd floor. Nearby to the flat, there's a fantastic mini supermarket about 2 minutes walk, there is a larger supermarket and a Tesco metro supermarket about 7 minutes walk away. Bow Common Lane Cemetery Park (one of the borough's first local nature reserves), Mile End Leisure Centre (swimming pool and gym) and Skate Park are also a short walk away. Available Dates - We are looking to rent our apartment in August but it could be available for longer. We are in the process of selling our home; so if it takes longer to complete, it could be also be available in September and possibly longer. We are open to shorter than 1 week stays although at least a week is ideal. If you would like to stay for a month, we can offer a discount. Let us know!
