Cosy, quiet apartment, close to the new campus of Salamanca University. Our comfortable, sunny 2 bedroom apartment is ideal for students or professionals working in Salamanca, or even for holidays! There is a sitting room with a small balcony looking into a great courtyard, with a lot of light. The other rooms are one big bedroom with a double bed, one single bedroom and a bathroom. It has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, washing machine and all the plates, cutlery, pans etc. that you might need. The building has 2 elevators – our place is in the 4th floor. The rent includes Wifi and all utilities (bedding, heating, water and electricity). Cleaning can be supplied for an extra fee. The neighborhood is not very touristy, so it is quiet but at the same time close to the city center. There are two supermarkets nearby, as well as bars, restaurants, shops, parks, schools and whatever you need for a comfortable stay. It is within walking distance of the Plaza Mayor, the Universities and there is a bus line in front of the building going to the city centre. You can also rent bicycles or electric scooters with a city card. We’re ready to welcome you in Salamanca!
