Spacious apartment in heart of the latin quarter with two terraces

I could not have been happier during the two months (mid-May to mid-July 2022) that I stayed in Waddick and Dierdre Doyle's flat off rue Mouffetard. A spacious two-bedroom, two-balcon flat with a large living room and spacious kitchen in Paris' most wonderful neighborhood. Waddick and Deirdre could not have been kinder or more congenial. I would go for lunch or coffee with them when they were in town. They were solicitious of my comfort and checked often to make sure I had everything I needed. I cannot wait to return.

This is a beautiful, sun-filled apartment with two green terraces, one overlooking the pedestrian-market street rue Mouffetard and a larger one tucked into the courtyard and off the street with plenty of privacy. The living spaces and kitchen are amply proportioned and very comfortable. We found the apartment clean and well equipped with everything that a middle-aged academic couple would need for a two week stay. The street is lively without being noisy. The immediate neighborhood is delightful even by Paris standards. We found it hard to leave! Waddick responded to our questions promptly before and during our stay and we found communication to be very straightforward and congenial throughout. He's a great host. Thanks Waddick!

My partner and I spent two weeks in Waddick and Dierdre's beautiful two bedroom apartment this April/May. We are both academics, and it was a great place to relax, but also had plenty of space to write and think. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and in a wonderful location. Communication with Waddick was excellent. We had an excellent time and would highly recommend. Thanks so much for hosting us.

I rented the apartment for my parents and me and my husband for a month. Not only was the apartment itself just ideally located on the Rue Mouffetard with any number of good quality cheese, wine, seafood, and produce stalls and shops just steps from the door, but the apartment itself was lovely - a sizeable kitchen perfect for cooking, a comfortable and bright living room, two bedrooms with good beds, and a great bathroom with a spacious shower. The hosts, Waddick and Deidre, are engaging, available, easy to contact, and kind. I couldn't have found a better place to stay for our family time in Paris.

The time I spent in Waddick's appartment was from the very first moment riddled by unique experiences. The location is great and the interior of the appartment has a special atmosphere. Two balconies and a lot of books too! This is the perfect platform to enter Quartier Latin!

The apartment is amazing and Waddick and his wife were fantastic hosts. I strongly recommend this well-located flat if you are visiting Paris
