He communicates his rules of the house, which are simple and useful for understanding expectations. The apartment is characteristic of older buildings in Brooklyn, with adequate heat and hot water. Steven’s neighborhood offers a wide variety of diverse foods at reasonable prices, a medium-sized supermarket, and services (laundry, salons, bus transportation to Staten Island and the local subway train to Manhattan).
