This is a beautiful seafront condo located close to downtown Reykjavik. The apartment features two rooms (one bedroom and an office), two full bathrooms, a spacious living room/dining room area, all new appliances, and two covered balconies, one of which offers a view of the sea and setting sun. The building and amenities are all new. A wonderful coastal walk is right out front of the building, as well as a bike path that will take you all around the capital region. Downtown and the University of Iceland are both fifteen-minute walks away, so there are plenty of museums, art galleries, restaurants, cafes, and pubs nearby. One of the largest grocery stores in Reykjavik is just over ten minutes away by foot. The condo is perfect for a single academic or a couple. The condo also comes with two cats! We ask that you feed and care for them, which should be a low maintenance task, as they are both mellow, friendly, and in good health. They may be a little frightened at first, but they will warm up to you quickly! We’re ideally looking for someone who would want to stay from June 15th to July 31st. Rent is $2,000 USD per month.
