Description

We are in the leafy, safe Bryant neighborhood. The cottage has a comfortable sleeper sofa, full kitchen, and two smaller rooms that can be used for storage or a home office. Excellent insulation makes it cool in the summer and easy to heat in the winter. Sheets, blankets, towels, and basic cooking supplies provided. French doors open onto a lovely covered patio. We are a block and a half from the Burke-Gilman bike/pedestrian trail, a five-minute walk to Children's Hospital, a ten-minute bike ride or easy walk to the University of Washington campus, the UW hospital complex, and the light rail train station. Magnuson Park is a short drive or bike ride away, as are some public parks, a shopping center, several grocery stores, the public library, and medical offices. We would be happy to ask our previous tenants (from Europe and several US states) to share their experiences renting from us.
