There is a small private balcony overlooking a quiet brownstone street. Perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks! Huge windows (with window boxes!) let in a lot of natural light all day long. The kitchen and bathroom are small but very serviceable, and there is a large closet. The walls are very thick, and this boutique building is extremely quiet and respectful. There is an electronic entry keypad with camera and remote access--almost like having a doorman! The studio is a 10 minute walk from Central Park, and very near the best coffee shops, restaurants, and bars that South Harlem has to offer. Suitable for 1 tenant.
