We are offering our home, which we love, for a 10 month lease while we're away. It's a 3 floor townhouse in a unique and very quiet location off of the street. 1st fl: entrance, second bedroom or office, bath, and small patio. 2nd fl: open plan kitchen and living space with large windows and gas fireplace. (Kitchen has tons of counter space and is fully stocked with appliances, great for cooks!) 3rd fl: spacious bedroom with large windows and a view of the Olympics, large bath, walk in closet, full size washer and dryer. Our neighborhood has a walk score of 92! It's very green, we have a bike-only street around the corner, and are a 5 min walk to the bus stop on a main line to downtown Seattle. Downtown Ballard is an easy walk, and has cool shops, good coffee, many breweries, fabulous restaurants, a great library, and one of the best farmer's markets in the world (year round)!! There are a wide variety of groceries stores, including organic. We're also an easy bike ride to the beach and Ballard's working waterfront. It's a quiet residential neighborhood, full of variety, and gardens and people walking dogs. We are 4 blocks from Salmon Bay Middle School, and 4 blocks from Ballard High School. We are looking for tenants who will enjoy and take care of our home and keep us in good standing with our quiet and respectful neighbors. We have a dedicated parking spot and are open to negotiating the use of our car.
