I alternate lawn mowing and sidewalk shoveling with my neighbor. I contribute to Snow Buddy, a neighborhood service that clears the sidewalks when it snows, so only the walk from sidewalk to house needs shoveling.

Comments: The house is a large brick duplex with a lot of charm. There is a deck on the rear of the house, and well tended garden beds both in front and in back. The park across the street has tennis and basketball courts, as well as a play structure.
