Paris, Île-de-France, France
This is my primary residence, but I am often away. 2 bedrooms, one larger, the other smaller, both with double beds, one extra living room. Bathroom and toilet are separate. The apartment is quiet. We are near Parc Brassens ( 5 min walk) which is nice to relax in the evening or going for a morning run, also next to the "petite ceinture" - great for jogging, too). Metro is close-by (Convention). The neighbourhood has everything one needs for daily living, including two different markets on several days of the week, cinemas and restaurants.
University of Paris: René Descartes
Comments: residential neighbourhood but with all amenities and restaurants, yet central, direct subway to center, easy location to use rental bikes, quiet street
Comments: this is my primary residence for me and my kid, so one of the bedrooms is decorated for a child, but it still has a double bed. It is a quiet and bright apartement, we get evening sun, in summer it is not overheating
