Sabbatical home available for one year, on a quiet street, surrounded by trees. Opposite a ravine in the Crestwood neighbourhood, with rapid access to Edmonton's beautiful river valley and parks. Two offices, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one en suite), one half bath (toilet and sink), open plan kitchen/dining room/sitting area, separate TV room, large basement and small/medium sized gardens to front and rear. (with large deck at rear). Kitchen upgraded in 2019 and new furnace/AC in 2021. Short walk (10 mins) to the west to commercial plaza for supermarket (Safeway, London Drugs etc.) and a short walk (10 mins) to the east to a boutique shopping area with cafe, liquor store, bakery, a couple of restaurants and a deli/meat shop. Easy access to Edmonton Transit Services for buses to downtown and connections to universities. Perfect for a couple or small family. More pictures available upon request. University Of Alberta
Comments: Quiet street with easy access to the river valley, walking and bike paths, 15 minutes from the University by bike, 10 by car. 10-15 minute walk to major supermarket, coffee shop, liquor store, bakery, pharmacy and a couple of restaurants.
We will ask Canada Post to hold mail, but deliveries from other providers may show up. We ask that anyone in the home brings those indoors and sets them aside somewhere safe.
We will retain our regular service provider for grass cutting and snow clearance. We have some houseplants that will need watering and feeding once a week.
