Northampton, Massachusetts, United States
I have rented faculty housing, just a ten minute walk from Smith. The apartment has three bedrooms, a kitchen, two living spaces, a patio, another small room, basement, and outdoor storage shed. There is just one adjoining apartment, so this feels a bit more like a house. I'm interested in renting/subletting one or two of the bedrooms, especially to a Smith faculty member. However, I am open to the possibility of renting to non-faculty. Because this is faculty housing, faculty members must receive priority. One of the bedrooms is furnished, and the other is semi-furnished. If you'd prefer to bring your own belongings, I can remove that furniture. A little about me. This will be my first semester teaching at Smith as a visiting faculty member, and I'm very happy to be working at the College and living in Northampton. I am pretty neat and clean, and I will always respect your space. I would like to live with another neat and clean, easy-going person (or people). Let's talk and see if we could share this lovely space.
Comments: I have a three bedroom apartment, and I am using one bedroom. I'm looking for a flatmate (or flatmates) for one or both of the other bedrooms. The apartment is rather house-like only attached to one other unit (on the south side).
30 Days | Dates are flexible for this listing
Comments: The earliest move-in date would be late July. Flexible on dates.
Comments: Fully or partially furnished. Good amount of storage space. Best things: lovely patio (with nice table, umbrella + chairs, and potted plants), large windows with a garden/park view, proximity to Smith.
Comments: Utilities will be shared: gas, electricity, internet. I do quite a bit of cleaning, but we should talk about how to share those responsibilities.
