This friendly and elegant apartment is centrally located in West Berlin, in the old quarter of Charlottenburg. An important train station (S-and RegionalBahn) as well as underground stations of two different lines (U2 and U7) and some bus stations are two or three streets away. The boulevards Kaiserdamm and Kurfürstendamm are in the neighborhood, as well as two beautiful Parks: the Charlottenburg Palace Park and the Lietzensee Lake Park. The street of the apartment is quiet, with nearly no traffic and has very wide sidewalks with old trees. A lot of little and nice shops are in this street, as well as cafes and restaurants. The buildings of the street are all from the beginning of the 20th century, art-nouve style, with green courtyards. So is the one of the apartment. The apartment is in the ground floor, so that it is not necessary to use any stairs to enter the apartment. Six of the windows of the apartment open to a nice garden and receive in the morning the sun. This garden, is a second courtyard of the building, where no one, except the tenant, can enter, so it is practically private. You enter the apartment through a corridor, where you can leave shoes and coats. On the left side there is a little room for the washing machine and dryer. From the corridor you enter the big living room, where the elegant kitchen has been integrated, as well as the wooden table with six chairs, a big sofa, closets and the tv . You have a good wifi connections in all the rooms, and the well equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and a good extractor hood. The sleeping room following has a window also to the garden and a big double bed that meassures 1.6 and 2 m (bedcloths/beddings and towels are included). After this room you enter the modern and comfortable new bathroom with a big shower. Everything: the wooden floors, the walls, the kitchen and bathroom were totally built new recently and always carefully repaired if something is broken or doesn´t look well.
