This is the lower level of my townhome with French doors and a window for lots of light. Well-furnished with most everything you would need. 1 bedroom and 1 full bath as well as closet space. There is a shed on the property if bike storage is needed. There are stairs to the apartment but they are not steep. The backyard is quiet and spacious with a bridge over a creek that leads to the walking trail in Yancy Park. Easy commute to all things Charlottesville and within walking distance to Stonefield Shopping Center which has many restaurants, shops, and movie theater as well as Trader Joe's. Whole Foods is just one block further. The townhome sits on a cul-de-sac which ensures quiet and privacy.
