Description
We live in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the first floor of a two-family home. We offer a fully furnished apartment with a 65" TV, 5.1.4 surround sound, and plenty of desk space. Master bedroom with queen bed and an ensuite with tub/shower and heated bidet. Guest room/office space with queen-size murphy (pull down) bed with option for additional desk. Washer and dryer available in the basement. We have a large, fenced-in yard with three large raised beds. The house is in Somerville, about a 10 minute walk from Magoun square (0.5 mi) and 3 mins from the green line metro station, and 20 mins from Davis, Porter and Union squares (~1 mi). Bus stop 1 min from our house and Red line metro available in Davis and Porter. 3 min walk from the end of the Somerville Community Bike Path, with rentable Bluebikes. Most of the furnishings in the photos come with the apartment, although a few items belong to the current sabbatical homes tenants.
