Master bedroom has queen bed; guest room has full double bed; living room has full pull out couch. Comfy back patio (new beautiful outdoor furniture pics, pending). Washer/dryer in unit. Can accept a small dog, 25 lbs and under, only. Parking spot included. Enjoy relaxing with coffee and a book on the outdoor screened in patio. I am a professor and stay here about 4-5 months/year; the rest, I rent it out. I am providing a significant discount here, for academic affiliates! Full month rentals only.
