This is a bright and calm flat with a balcony and two good sized bedrooms. It has 65 square meters and has all amenities at its doorsteps. It is close to three beautiful parks (Hackney Marshes, Hackney Downs and London Fields). It is in Zone 2 with Hackney Downs and Hackney Central very close and a quick bus ride to Manor House or Finsbury Park Station. The bus takes you all the way to Central London and stops close to the Senate House, UCL, LSE and Kings College. The neighbourhood counts with craft bakeries, cafes, delicatessen, and many restaurants. In London Fields there is an open-air swimming pool and plenty of good tracks to run in the other two parks. On Saturdays there are two street markets (Broadway Market – a 20 minutes walk and Chatsworth Road – 10 minutes walk). There is also a local arts cinema (The Castle), small independent shops and a bookshop. Hampstead Heath is a quick over-ground line trip from Hackney Central, as well as Islington, Camden, or the Olympic Village at Stratford.
