We are heading overseas for 5 weeks and are looking for anyone interested in renting during that period. We provide towels, sheets, and always make space in our wardrobes to accommodate your belongings. Our apartment is comfy and spacious, with two bedrooms plus a flexible study/sunroom that has an extra bed. You'll enjoy the privacy of no shared walls. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with stone countertops, gas cooking, and a dishwasher. The living and dining area is open and relaxing. There are two small bathrooms with showers. Stay cozy year-round with air conditioning and a gas heater. We've got all the modern appliances you need, including a washer, dryer, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, grill, toaster, and juicer. Plus, enjoy free Netflix and Disney Plus, along with reliable internet. There are three work desks with monitors for your convenience. Our location is incredibly convenient, with excellent connections to public transport (train and bus), and it is only a 15-minute walk from the CBD, and a mere 5-minute walk to Redfern Train station. The bustling Newtown area, with its many great restaurants, cafes, and eateries, is also just a 15-minute walk away. Although our apartment is located on busy Cleveland St, you'll enjoy the tranquility of the quiet Dargar St, where it is situated. Our building is secure, with about 112sqm of space. While parking isn't included, there are 5 visitor spots available for 48 hours. We can also help you rent a parking spot in the building if needed. Sleeping arrangements are as follow: - main bedroom has a King bed (sleeps 2) - second bedroom has a double loft bed (1.35mt) which is more suitable for children as it comes with a ladder and limited headroom (it can accommodate 2 kids) - study has a single bed and a trundle bed (sleeps 2)

Comments: $1,200 per week for 4 or 5-week stay, $1,300 pw for 3 weeks stay, and $1,400 pw for 2 weeks stay. The minimum stay requirement is 2 weeks. Utility cost included up to our average usage.
Comments: Chippendale, located on the southern edge of Sydney's central business district, is recognized as a prominent creative art district with over a dozen galleries in the area.
