This apartment is a 4 BR we use as a 3 BR - it gets a lot of sunlight, has a breezy living room and separate dining area, and was recently renovated. 3 mins to the 1 train at 137- City College, and 8 mins to the ABCD express lines at 145, as well as a quick bike ride to the bike path. You'd have the whole apartment to yourself for the month, and looking for a tenant for July and August (and possibly Sept), who values the calm and minimal design of this special spot. You'd have the 2 BR to yourself (1 BR will be inaccessible), but you could have a separate office and bedroom for writing/working from home. Looking for tenant for summer (July through Aug/Sept), and prefer that whole time, but would be open to shorter stays. Looking for someone who values the quiet and calm of this special spot!
