The flat is split over three well-designed floors which we currently have arranged as kitchen-diner, lounge, two bedrooms (one with desk), plus a separate office with single bed. It is always warm in the winter and has a huge balcony space for warmer weather with tables and chairs for sitting out. There is lots of storage and good amenities and all bills are included in the listed price. Camberwell is a buzzing place to live with fantastic local art galleries, amazing international cuisine, and good transport links. The flat is situated in a low-rise estate set back from the main road and overlooking gardens. We have great neighbours and the estate itself has a strong community atmosphere with regular family activities and a community garden for residents to enjoy. More photos on request!
