Hi everyone, I am subletting my 1 bedroom apartment near Parmentier in the 11th periodically throughout the year. The latest available dates are updated in this listing. My cat will stay in the flat for this period so I am looking for someone who could take care of him at the same time. The apartment is well located within 5 minute walk to Parmentier, Goncourt, Belleville, and Couronnes, with full of bars and restaurants nearby. It is also a walking distance to Le Marais or Republique. It is 35m2, composed of a bedroom with double bed, living room with dining table and sofa and separate kitchen and bathroom.
