Description
I have successfully found flatmates through Sabbatical Homes several times already. Before COVID I shared with Karen, a painter, for a year. I've also hosted postgraduate students several times. All were great experiences. The apartment is unusually large. I use one of the two adjoining living rooms as a home studio, and my office is in the enclosed veranda that opens off my bedroom. There is one decent-sized bathroom. I already share the apartment with a very friendly, gentle whippet who hardly ever barks. The person I'm looking for will need to be comfortable around a dog. There is limited street parking available nearby, making the apartment more suitable for someone who doesn't need to park a car. I have lived here for a long time and I love my place for its convenience to everything and its peaceful, calm environment. It will appeal to someone who feels similarly about the place they live in and who doesn't mind lending a hand to keep shared areas clean and tidy.

Comments: The room is large, light and airy . It has a very comfortable queen-sized bed, a clothes rack, a chest of drawers and a desk at the south-facing window. There is one, shared bathroom with a shower.
