The house is 1/2 block away from the subway (metro Mont-Royal), cozy cafes, bakeries, and the best restaurants in the city. Situated 5-10 mins walk between two major city parks (Mont Royal/the Mountain and Parc Lafontaine), ideal for walking, jogging, biking, and cross-country skiing. Street parking with permit is easy and always available on this block. The Metro (subway) whisks you downtown in about 12 mins. The city’s best bread, pastries, cafes, restaurants, diners, music clubs, thrift stores, fashion outlets and much more are all located within 5-10 mins walk of our location.
