Looking for a Cat Loving Subletter

Description

I live on the 12th floor of a 1950s era "superblock" building just south of Washington Square Park. The building has a doorman, a package room, laundry in the basement, and an outside courtyard garden. I am looking for someone who can stay in the apartment and watch my cat, Scout. She is fed twice a day (an automatic feeder can allow 24-36 hour periods of being away) and her litter box is cleaned several times a week. She likes to play and cuddle once she is comfortable with people. The rent reflects a discount for cat sitting. All food and supplies provided. Electricity is also discounted in the summer months when the apartment should be kept cool for the cat.
